Tony is a relationship-builder. Overseeing the construction of most M Builds projects with a real hands-on approach is fundamental to ensure the best results. He brings his people skills to life as a great host, looking after clients so well because he genuinely cares. Trust, integrity, and a team approach are the core principles that guide every decision. As a Master of Architecture degree graduate, Tony strongly advocates for a collaborative approach in which consultants, clients, trade partners and the builder work harmoniously to achieve the highest and best results. Tony is also passionate about the sustainability and practicality of every project we build and the positive impact it can have for the client and the respective community—everyone involved is responsible. Outside of work, Tony is heavily involved in various pursuits but specifically in the Manitoba soccer community. As a former Canadian National Soccer team member and a former professional, team values, dedication, commitment to excellence and a lifelong pursuit to “giving back”, are important aims for every new experience. Currently, he is the head coach of FC Winnipeg Lions, a local premier division soccer team and is also assistant coach of the Canada Summer Games Soccer team.
