About the Project
This project consists of a 11,772 square foot , 4-storey condominium located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The condominium comprises of 59 individual units ranging from 900 to 1200 square feet, each with unique finishes. The structure consists of poured concrete slabs and bearing walls with structural steel framing. An outstanding feature of the facility includes an external solarium outfitted with a country feel complete with a cobblestone fireplace to suit the intended design of Aspen Meadows.
