About the Project
M Builds completed the construction of Bedford Village Phase 3 for Christenson Developments. This 5-storey building is non-combustible and built with lightweight steel load-bearing steel stud walls and a Hambro D-500 floor system. The main floor will house assisted living and commercial retail units. The building, while under construction, was tied into Phase 2, a wood structure.
