About the Project
Using M Builds base building construction and site development expertise, we built four commercial retail units (CRU) in the Bridgewater neighbourhoods.
Each CRU is a single story and 5,600 square feet containing 2-4 tenant spaces. Jobs were started and completed sequentially. Exterior finishes consist of EIFs and prefinished metal siding and aluminum glazed entrances and windows. The attractive units were completed in August 2021.
