Buhler Centre – Plug In Gallery

LEED Silver Certified, this project was a joint venture between the University of Winnipeg and the Plug-In Gallery. At 51,000 square feet, and at a cost of $12 million, this fast-tracked project was completed on time and on a budget in just 12 months using an Integrated Project Delivery Method.

M Builds was the Construction Manager and was responsible for the design assistance and construction of this 4-storey, eco-friendly building as well as the demolition of the former Army Navy Store. Significant value engineering initiatives were undertaken over the course of design development.
