About the Project
M Builds has built 8 new Canadian Tire Stores throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and North West Ontario. Typical construction consisted of building a new 78,000 to 120,000 sq. ft. retail facility including Auto Service Centre and Garden Centre. Each project had its own unique challenges that M Builds needed to work with Canadian Tire to overcome. Challenges ranged from poor soil conditions to a need for fast-tracking the design and schedule to a need for aggressive value engineering. M Builds overcame these challenges and more to finish the projects on time, on a budget without compromising quality.
