Faraday School – Foundation Repair

For this project, we structurally reinforced the existing school floor system underneath the school within the existing crawlspace. The job involved new floor sheathing, flooring, and drywall touch-ups to the south-most classroom after foundation repairs were completed. We also tunnelled underneath the existing school to install new piles, pile caps, and concrete piers, re-shape the existing crawlspace, install a new crawlspace drainage system and remove the existing crumbling foundation.
