ICR Discoveries

M Builds was proud to be brought on for the construction of The Institute for Cancer Research (ICR), a research facility aimed at supporting a collaborative approach to biomedical research. The research centre brings together top researchers from around the globe specializing in the fields of cancer, neurological and cardiac research for the development of new forms of diagnosis, treatment and screening for cancer.

The facility is housed within a 3-storey, 58,000 square foot building. Lab spaces were developed for wet and dry research, cell culture, X-Ray, Electronics, Microscopy and small animal imaging. The facility also includes a Class-10,000 and Class-100 clean room. The project included several demanding detail challenges which M Builds overcame with ease and efficiency thanks to an integrated project delivery (IDP) methodology including the client, consultants and our staff.
