Lodge Condos

This wood frame project consisted of a 42 unit condominium building with units ranging from 800 to 1100 square feet. The base building features a drive-in main floor parkade, wash down bay, garbage disposal chute, bicycle storage, suite storage lockers on each living floor, a common multi-purpose room featuring a gas see-thru fire-place to an outdoor patio deck, and covered balconies. The suite finishes are mid to high-end selections including granite and hardwood adding modern but soft touches giving the building a luxurious feeling. Each suite has its own hot water tank and in-suite washer dryer for full comfort living.
