Polo Park Shopping Centre

M Builds undertook this 140,000 square foot multiphase renovation in 2008. The 16 month Design-Build project redesigned and completely renovated the public mall spaces for Winnipeg’s busiest and most prominent shopping mall. The construction of a new south entry to the mall provided a refreshing new look to the building. The renovation provided an additional 20,000 square feet of functional space including a completely redesigned 700 seat food-court area.

During construction, Polo Park remained open to the public and normal daily store hours were maintained. The project team utilized an Integrated Project Delivery process to successfully turn over this complex project on schedule.
