Richardson College for the Environment

Designated LEED Gold, this project, a $50 Million new construction of a 160,000 square foot science complex was fast-tracked and built-in 20 months using an Integrated Project Delivery method. Significant value engineering initiatives were undertaken over the course of the design development.

The RCFE Building consists of more than 30 research and teaching labs including a vivarium, and 1,127 square foot roof top greenhouse along with many other highlights, one being the 4-storey atrium. Over 2000 students use this facility daily.
