Seasons Of Tuxedo

Seasons of Tuxedo is a power centre development located at the corner of Sterling Lyon Parkway and Kenaston Boulevard in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is a planned 267,000 square foot project on 32 acres. This is a new greenfield development that houses a 395,000 square foot IKEA, a 77,000 square foot Cabela’s and retailers throughout the area. M Builds constructed the shell buildings and provided tenant fit-ups for Kim Chi/Thai Express.

One existing space included two separate restaurants, with full kitchens, back-room shared prep, walk-in cooler, bathrooms, and public seating for 60 patrons. High-end finishes include tile – wood – stainless steel, complex exhaust system for cooking equipment, specialized cooking equipment for Asian-style foods. The Pita Pit was also completed as a tenant improvement.
