M Builds completed the construction of the Southwood Village-Court North for Christenson Developments. This 4-storey building features independent living in spacious 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom coach home suites. All units feature full kitchens, large balconies, in-suite laundry, and are designed to Barrier Free standards. Southwoods Court North offers reduced utility costs using a state-of-the-art geothermal heating system and reduced electrical costs using a gas-fired co-generation system.
