U of W Leatherdale Hall

Leatherdale Hall was commissioned by the University of Winnipeg as a multipurpose meeting space to allow students, graduates and their teachers to mix informally out of the classroom. This project was an addition onto an existing heritage building and the neighbouring collegiate.

M Builds understands the importance of preserving Manitoba’s heritage buildings and as such, we took great care to maintain the integrity of the building facade during the construction progress. The expansion also includes educational offices, a food service area and an exterior plaza for students and the community.
