Western Grocers Distribution Centre

The project is a 360,000 square foot Warehouse Distribution centre for Loblaws Properties West Inc. The facility is the main distribution centre for frozen foods, vegetables and a ripening facility for fruits. The centre services all of southern Alberta and parts of Saskatchewan. Although originally a tendered project, M Builds worked with the consultants and owners to refine the design and introduced cost savings to improve the overall project schedule and minimize additional costs.
