Weston Bakeries

Construction of Weston Bakeries commenced in August 2008 and was substantially completed in April 2009. This $12 million, 115,000 square foot project was completed over the winter months, with an aggressive 9-month schedule from starting in a greenfield site to the first baked goods being manufactured. The project included several demanding detail challenges which M Builds overcame with ease and efficiency thanks to an integrated project delivery (IDP) methodology including the client, consultants and our staff.
