WRHA Corporate Office

M Builds completed the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority Corporate Office and Parkade in June of 2009. The 82,000 square foot space includes offices, a clinic, and support areas. With a host of sustainable building attributes such as recycled, local, and low emitting materials, this building was built with the environment in mind. This 4-storey office building and 6 level parkade is well integrated and pedestrian orientated; a catalyst for the revitalization of North Main in Winnipeg.
