About the Project

This project consisted of a renovation to the entire interior of an existing 47,000 square foot fitness and daycare facility. The entire renovation of the facility was properly planned to minimize disturbance on the day-to-day users and remained in full operation throughout the entire course of construction.

Challenges faced involved ensuring public safety at all times while ensuring the work was completed in a timely fashion. M Builds was retained as a construction manager and was involved from the initial design stages offering value engineering input and cost-saving measures to ensure the project fell within the client’s overall budget while maintaining code compliance.
